Each watch is listed with its own starting bid. You will see this clearly on the auction page before placing any bid.
To participate, we place a temporary authorisation hold equal to 10% of the starting bid on your credit card. This is required to validate your ability to bid. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for this authorisation. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold on your credit limit.
The Buyer's Premium is 10% of your final bid. We will adjust the initial hold to match this amount once the auction ends. Any difference will be charged accordingly.
If you win, you will pay your final bid amount plus a 10% Buyer's Premium. We place a temporary hold based on the starting bid. After the auction, we adjust this to 10% of your final bid and charge any difference. Both amounts will appear on your final invoice.
If you do not win, we will cancel the temporary hold. It will typically be removed from your card within 7 days of the auction ending. No fee is charged if you don't win.
Each new bid must be at least RM100 higher than the previous bid.
Yes. You may use the "Save Max Bid" feature. The system will place bids in RM100 increments on your behalf, up to your selected limit.

No. Once placed, all bids are final.
We take steps to ensure a fair process for all bidders. If a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds, we will extend the auction by 3 minutes. This continues until no further bids are placed.
We will confirm your win and email your invoice. Please complete payment within 5 days to secure your watch. Your total will include: Final bid price, 10% Buyer's Premium, and Shipping (if applicable). Once payment is received, we will prepare your watch and arrange secure delivery.
Yes. We will display shipping options and costs after the auction, based on your location. Please note that international shipping is available, but we may not be able to ship to certain countries due to customs restrictions. Additional fees, such as import duties or taxes, may also apply depending on your country's regulations. We will provide details on any restrictions or extra charges before you complete your purchase.
