Once everything is ready, the watch is prepared for collection or shipping.

Self Collection

  • We will let you know once the watch is ready for collection.
  • Collection is by appointment.
  • If you would like someone else to collect the watch on your behalf, please let our customer service team know in advance.

DHL Shipping

  • If you prefer shipping, the watch will be shipped through DHL.
  • Valuable watches often travel a long way before reaching their new owners.
  • Shipping insurance is arranged before delivery to provide an extra layer of protection should the watch be lost or damaged during transit.
  • A tracking number will be provided once the watch has been dispatched.
  • The winning bidder pays for both shipping and insurance.
